Natalie is a Midwest girl at heart and grew up amongst the corn and cows in the flyover state of Nebraska while also spending some of her childhood in the lakes of Minnesota. Tired of the snow and cold after 25 years, Natalie made Las Vegas her home in 2010. She has a passion for traveling to new places and is always looking for her next adventure, although Natalie is always happy to return home to snuggle with her dogs.
After receiving her Bachelor of Accountancy and International Business from the University of North Dakota, Natalie earned her Certified Public Accountant license and spent a number of years in public accounting, internal audit, and financial reporting. Most recently before coming to Dawson, she also spent time with both privately and publicly held worldwide hospitality groups while concurrently pursuing her Executive MBA from the University of Southern California.

The Alexander Dawson School
The Alexander Dawson School at Rainbow Mountain, an independent school located on 33-acres in the community of Summerlin, is Nevada’s first Stanford University Challenge Success partner school for students in early childhood through grade eight. Utilizing the unique Challenge Success framework, Dawson uses research-based strategies and programs that emphasize student academics, wellbeing, and a healthy school-life balance to create more engaged, motivated, and resilient learners and leaders.
