Modeling generosity and caring for each other are important Dawson Core Beliefs.
The Annual Fund is part of our yearly operating budget and helps to maintain our margin of excellence. By supporting the Annual Fund, you facilitate the School's ability to apply financial resources to the areas of greatest need.
Your support of the Annual Fund impacts the following:
Commitment: Giving percentages serve as the measure by which corporations and foundations rate involvement from faculty and families. They also see it as an endorsement of the mission of the school.
Exceptional Faculty: Dawson strives to retain and attract caring, motivated, outstanding faculty who are the best within their chosen field, and who focus on the academic growth of each student.
Financial Aid: Many students will receive some type of financial aid this year. Dawson is responding to the continued need for assistance to families, and is dedicated to making Dawson as competitive as possible in attracting the most academically-qualified students regardless of their financial circumstances.
Student Life: Some of the areas that depend on support from Dawson’s Annual Fund include: innovative academic programs, art and athletic programs, professional development of faculty, school technology, and much more. The dollars raised from the Dawson Annual Fund will be carefully used where they will have the greatest impact for the good of the School and its students.
Tax Break: As a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, your Dawson Annual Fund donation is tax deductible under federal law.
Our entire community and every Dawson student directly benefits from donors’ gifts of money and time, and we greatly appreciate your support.
