Colene Ardekani
Colene graduated from Towson University in Maryland with a bachelor of science degree in nursing. After graduation, Colene moved to Las Vegas and worked in the Heart Units of Summerlin Hospital, UMC, and most recently MountainView Hospital. Colene has had many different roles in her 17 years as a nurse including working as a Bedside Nurse, Charge Nurse, and Nurse Manager. When not at school, Colene loves to camp, travel, and enjoy the outdoors with her husband and 11-year-old son.
The Alexander Dawson School
The Alexander Dawson School at Rainbow Mountain, an independent school located on 33-acres in the community of Summerlin, is Nevada’s first Stanford University Challenge Success partner school for students in early childhood through grade eight.
