An Investment in Your Child's Future

An Investment in Your Child's Future

At The Alexander Dawson School, we believe that an exemplary educational experience is invaluable. At Dawson we are committed to partnering with as many families as possible in order to make the best educational experience in Las Vegas a reality for their sons and daughters. As our Diversity statement declares, we believe that everyone benefits from a diverse student population. Beyond differences in backgrounds and cultures, we welcome families from a variety of economic circumstances. In 2017-18, Dawson distributed $1.2 million in need-based financial aid to 22 percent of our students. We encourage you to consider Dawson whether or not you can afford the entire tuition.

Independent school education is expensive. Many Dawson families sacrifice significantly in order to pay the entire cost of Dawson’s tuition or to pay their fair share in combination with a financial aid grant. All financial assistance at Dawson is based on need: the difference between the family's resources and the child's total educational expenses.
