The Dawson Design Company Store is Now Open in Support of Maui Preparatory!
Dawson's seventh and eighth-grade Dawson De$ign Company elective teaches students to run a business by creating and selling their original designs to support an important cause. This semester, students opened a special online shop with all proceeds benefiting Maui Preparatory Academy in Lahaina, Hawaii, a school deeply impacted by the Maui wildfires this past August.
We invite you to start shopping online now at adsrm.org/ddc through Tuesday, December 5. Orders will be fulfilled and sent home with students during the week of December 11. In alignment with Dawson’s Core Value of Advocacy, thank you for helping to empower our students as changemakers who authentically use their learning in meaningful ways, demonstrating care and concern for others and positively impacting the world we all share.
The Alexander Dawson School
The Alexander Dawson School at Rainbow Mountain, an independent school located on 33-acres in the community of Summerlin, is Nevada’s first Stanford University Challenge Success partner school for students in early childhood through grade eight. Utilizing the unique Challenge Success framework, Dawson uses research-based strategies and programs that emphasize student academics, wellbeing, and a healthy school-life balance to create more engaged, motivated, and resilient learners and leaders.
