Dawson Spotlight: Jose Suarez

Have you met Mr. Jose Suarez yet? Jose is originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, and graduated from the Colegio Nacional de Educacion Profecional Tecnica. He has been working at Dawson for more than seven years as part of our maintenance and facilities team and you can learn more about him in this edition of the #DawsonSpotlight!
How long have you worked at Dawson?
I started working at Dawson more than seven years ago and officially became a Dawson employee in September 2020.

What inspires you to work at the School?
It is great to see the kids grow and get ready for the future with great quality education.

What’s your favorite thing about working at Dawson?
It is a nice environment, close to my house, we have good benefits, and is just a great place to work!

What is one thing about you that would surprise students?
I love nature, the peacefulness of the gardens - I just enjoy that a lot.

What helps you feel strong?
I feel strong when we all share a common goal as a team, such as creating a safe environment at the School.

What does Stronger Together mean to you?
Stronger Together is to have a good attitude and always work as a team, helping each other to make a successful and safe environment here.

What are you most proud of?
Being part of the Dawson team!
