Matt has been in the field of education for over 20 years in a variety of roles. He previously taught 7-12 mathematics in New York, where he ran an accelerated junior high program. After several years working as a reading specialist in Las Vegas, his passion for mathematics and teaching children led him to return to the classroom. Matt's classroom will be one where students feel empowered to take chances, to communicate ideas, and to learn from their mistakes.
