Yifei Wang was born and raised in Shandong, China. After studying and living in Hong Kong for several years, she moved to Las Vegas. She received her bachelor's degree in Education from Shandong Normal University, China, and her master's degree in Chinese Culture and Literature from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is currently pursuing her second master's degree in School Counseling. Before joining Dawson, she taught in the Clark County School District. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her pet bunny, traveling, and practicing ballet.

The Alexander Dawson School

The Alexander Dawson School at Rainbow Mountain, an independent school located on 33-acres in the community of Summerlin, is Nevada’s first Stanford University Challenge Success partner school for students in early childhood through grade eight. Utilizing the unique Challenge Success framework, Dawson uses research-based strategies and programs that emphasize student academics, wellbeing, and a healthy school-life balance to create more engaged, motivated, and resilient learners and leaders.
