Lansing Molzen joined the Dawson community in August of 202 as the Health Office Assistant. In 2021-2022, she became a welcome and familiar face to all staff and students across campus as a substitute teacher. Lansing has previous experience in Early
Childhood Education and operated her own Early Childhood center for 12 years here in Las Vegas. She was also the Children’s Program Director and Producer for Early Childhood through fifth-grade programming and curriculum at Canyon Ridge Church for 16 years, producing and writing programming for 1,200 students per week. Lansing is married and has two sons, two daughters-in-law, and six grandchildren. She loves to spend summers teaching art to children, camping with her family and participating in outdoor adventures. She is excited to be a part of the Early Childhood Education Center here at Dawson and is looking forward to a great year.

The Alexander Dawson School

The Alexander Dawson School at Rainbow Mountain, an independent school located on 33-acres in the community of Summerlin, is Nevada’s first Stanford University Challenge Success partner school for students in early childhood through grade eight. Utilizing the unique Challenge Success framework, Dawson uses research-based strategies and programs that emphasize student academics, wellbeing, and a healthy school-life balance to create more engaged, motivated, and resilient learners and leaders.
