Ms. Guerra has a strong passion for music. She graduated from UNLV with a degree in Viola Performance. She has been teaching violin, viola, cello, and piano in the Las Vegas Valley for over 8 years. She also has experience teaching middle, elementary, and early childhood music. In addition to teaching, Ms. Guerra regularly performs throughout Las Vegas. Some of her notable performances include the Latin Billboards with the artist Chayanne and the Latin Grammys with Bad Bunny. Though she loves all aspects of music and performance, she truly loves working with students. She believes every student has their own unique voice. Her mission is to help students find and nurture that voice.

The Alexander Dawson School

The Alexander Dawson School at Rainbow Mountain, an independent school located on 33-acres in the community of Summerlin, is Nevada’s first Stanford University Challenge Success partner school for students in early childhood through grade eight. Utilizing the unique Challenge Success framework, Dawson uses research-based strategies and programs that emphasize student academics, wellbeing, and a healthy school-life balance to create more engaged, motivated, and resilient learners and leaders.
