Hailey recently completed her teaching licensure coursework and has moved into a lead teaching role in first grade! Hailey first discovered her passion for education while coaching children’s soccer and facilitating soccer camps in her youth. She has played competitive soccer since she could walk, ultimately earning her a full-ride soccer scholarship to the University of Houston, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Hailey has worked at Dawson since 2016. First as a substitute teacher and then as a learning support specialist for grades 1-4 before taking over Lower School Language Lab.
In her free time, Hailey enjoys hiking with her dogs, Luna and Tex, and exploring new places. She plays indoor soccer on multiple teams and always looks forward to game nights with her competitive family.
