The Dawson College Bound Program is in the News!

We are excited to announce that the Dawson College Bound Summer Summit academic program (DCB), which is funded by the Alexander Dawson Foundation, is in the news!

The first class of eighth-grade DCB graduates were invited this month to participate in a three-day college experience hosted by the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Honors College.  DCB graduates stayed overnight in student dorms, took STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics) courses taught by UNLV professors and graduate students, and the Honors College capped their college adventure with a fantastic dinner for DCB graduate families.
